- Returns Policy
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs of $4.99 will be deducted from any returns made.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be covered under the Refund Policy.
- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected as part of the above Returns Policy. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of returning the item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some refunds can take longer than others depending on the bank you use.
- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs ($4.99) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount of $4.99 will be will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We always suggest adding a tracking service when sending your returns back. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
